We are pleased to announce the renewal of our Great Place to Work® certification. This independent label recognises organisations committed to the well-being of their employees. Certification is awarded on the basis of employee opinions obtained via an anonymous and voluntary survey.
With a high response rate, nearly 75% of employees consider OneLife to be a great place to work, a score 16 points higher than the average for employees in Luxembourg.
The vast majority of employees notably express their satisfaction with the technical resources, autonomy and responsibilities they enjoy. More than 90% of employees welcome the diversity policy implemented by OneLife, which ensures fair treatment of employees regardless of their ethnic origin or sexual orientation.
The Great Place To Work® 2025 certification follows on from the same recognition obtained in 2021 by both Groupe APICIL and OneLife, reinforcing the ambition of the Group and its entities to become a benchmark employer over the long term.
