The mission

OneLife is a Luxembourg life insurance company specialised in cross-border financial planning solutions for wealthy clients across Europe and beyond. To support our growth, we are looking for the right candidate to join our passionate Human resources team.

The overall purpose of this role is to Assist HR team in day to day operations to enable high quality of service from HR Department in the following areas: administration, recruitment, training, time management, reporting and performance management;

Main objectives of the role

  • Manage administration, relations with providers, reporting and ad hoc requests;
  • Contribute to the implementation of the training plan. Manage training requests.
  • Ensure the update of our HR tools (MPLEO/Protime)
  • Production of legal/group reports and KPI’s in due time;
  • Perform general office duties such as: mail, emails and meeting organisation;
  • Handle employee administrative support and responsibilities linked to these tasks;
  • Produce employment contracts and amendments (part-time, parental leave, internal mobility, etc.)
  • Manage the student/trainee recruitment process (sourcing, contracts and induction organisation).
  • Organize and follow-up recruitments meetings
  • Participate actively to Company strategy implementation
